DO YOU HAVE A CUSTOMER REFERRAL PROGRAM?

We do offer a referral program in which existing and former clients may provide to new clients with a special code or log into their profile to complete our referral form. New clients will received 25% off selective packages and services. 

WHAT IF I NEED TO FILE A FORMAL COMPLAINT? 

We are committed to providing exceptional customer experience to all clients, contractors and vendors. It is important that all formal complaints are submitted to us. We do required all formal complaints to be submitted in writing, signed and date. Our organization and brand portfolios takes these matters seriously and are willing to launch a full investigation.

Complaints submitted by email will be redirected to mailing in a formal request. 

Timeframe and Resolution: 

Complaint process may take up to 30 - 180 business days (depending on the investigating and other resources, including if law enforcement is involved).
